YTS Ventures Private Limited moves software development from traditional teams to AI agents. People still answer for every release.
Most of a feature is waiting.
A normal feature waits for a sprint, then for QA, then for a release window. The typing is a small part of the bill. The waiting and the handovers are most of it.
AI agents don’t wait. They write code, tests and docs in parallel. The problem is that raw AI output breaks in production, and nobody answers for it.
So we kept the part that matters. An engineer reviews every change. A senior engineer signs off every release. That is how a typical feature costs up to 90% less and still has a person accountable for it.
